Faculty/Staff Research Awards
- University Research Grant (URG): Includes Research Fellowship, External Grant Development, Small Grant, and First-Year Faculty Awards. See link for more information, applications, and deadlines.
- Outstanding College Researcher Award: Funds are provided by the University to each college so they may recognize an outstanding researcher. Applicants must follow the COE guidelines (which closely mirror those of the University award). The rubric CRC uses to evaluate applications can be found here. Submissions are due to Jennifer Dodson via email by the end of the day on September 25, 2023.
- Outstanding University Researcher Award: Recognizes faculty members who are acknowledged for their research nationally or internationally, their quality of scholarly work, and their contribution to their profession/discipline. - Research Initiative Award: Recognizes faculty members who have initiated a promising research agenda early in their academic careers. Submissions are due to Jennifer Dodson via email by the end of the day on September 25, 2023. Please see RSP site for more information.

- Faculty Publication/Exhibition/Open Access Grant: College of Education will match RSP up to $200. Please see RSP site for more information.
Faculty & Student Research Dissemination Travel Awards
- All travel award applications are now online. You can find links to the applications and guidelines below.
- COE Faculty Research Dissemination Travel Award: Provides financial support for faculty, faculty associates and administrative professionals to present at academic conferences. Award guidelines can be found here. Applications must be submitted prior to the travel date and are accepted until April 3, 2024 at 11:59PM. The award provides up to $500 in support until funds are gone.
- COE Student Research Travel Award: Provides financial support for College of Education students to present at professional conferences. Award guidelines can be found here. Applications must be submitted prior to the travel date and are accepted until April 3, 2024 at 11:59PM. The award provides up to $750 in support until funds are gone.
