edTPA at ISU

*Due to the governor's disaster declaration due to public health emergency, the edTPA as a licensure requirement has been waived for the Fall 2022 and Spring 2023 semesters.

edTPA is a content specific, performance based national assessment currently being implemented in 694 Education Preparation Programs in 38 states and the District of Columbia. edTPA is a requirement for teacher licensure in Illinois.
