• The Journal is printed semi-annually in double issues.
• Issue 1/2 is printed in late June and is mailed in early July.
• Issue 3/4 is printed in mid-December and is mailed in early January, of the subsequent year.

Cost

• Domestic: $18.00 a year - International: $24.00 a year - Student: $15.00 a year
• Individual issues are available (supplies may be limited): $12.00 each
• Postage and handling is included in the cost of the subscription.
• GST numbers are required by subscriber where necessary.
• Different rates do not apply for new orders or renewal orders. There are no agency or membership discounts.
