Master of Science in Special Education

The Master of Science degree provides for advanced study in special education by practicing special education teachers who have prior training and licensure in special education. The program addresses teacher leadership and action research throughout coursework and provides in-depth study and application of advanced special education competencies as identified in the Council for Exceptional Children Advanced Preparation Standards.
