U-High's faculty and staff are proud of the many alumni who live and work around the world, carrying the Pioneer spirit with them. The school's rich tradition of academic excellence was cultivated through the contributions of generations of outstanding students, community members, alumni, faculty, and staff. As was true on the day it was founded, the school's mission remains continuous improvement to best serve its students, community, and the countless Illinois State University teacher candidates who count on the environment to practice and develop their craft.
