Zoom poll’s function allows for simple surveys to be used in meetings. Polls are limited to multiple-choice questions with either single or multiple answers. (For more information, click here .)
Accessing polls data:
Sign in at IllinoisState.Zoom.us
Go to “Reports”
Select “Meetings”
Select “Poll Report” and specify a date
Find your meeting and select “Generate” to download the poll data.
Zoom meetings can be protected from inappropriate behavior and bombing in various ways to limit or control participation as needed during the session.

Zoom’s breakout rooms allow instructors to place participants in separate rooms or small groups during the class.
Breakout rooms let you determine how many groups you wish to have and control who is put into which group.
Zoom will store data online about who participated in the meeting. These data can be opened in Microsoft Excel or Apple Numbers. (Click on this link .)
These recordings may be saved locally on your computer or to the cloud. They will appear in a sub-folder called “zoom.”
