Welcome to the Grapevine Historical Archive. The 2022 Grapevine report on fiscal support for state higher education was published through a collaboration with the State Higher Education Executive Officers Association (SHEEO), and the latest data can be found on their website: https://shef.sheeo.org/grapevine. For previous Grapevine reports, see the Historical Data tab on the sidebar.
Since 2010, SHEEO has facilitated the Grapevine data collection and partnered with Illinois State University in its release. This relationship will continue moving forward, with SHEEO heading data collection, compilation, and publication efforts while Illinois State staff serve in a supporting role. Illinois state will revisit its leadership capacity for the Grapevine report following a search for a full-time editor.
The partnership would like to thank Grapevine’s interim editor, Dr. Jim Applegate, for his service in the role, which coincided with the beginning of the pandemic.
